The organization was founded in the year 1995. Initially the organization worked with Tribal population in Western ghat region of Tamilnadu. Later, the organization expanded its services to other marginalized communities with focus on Women, Children and Youth populations in areas of Education, Livelihood, Skill Development, STEM & Astronomy, Science & Technology, Conservation and Agriculture. The current programs of the organizations are basic computer education, after school learning programs, women rights, gender based violence, sexual and reproductive health, fashion design skill development, Amateur Radio, Financial Literacy, WASH and Agriculture.
